In our world today, the focus seems to be around what you look like. People criticize everything from weight to hair color to freckles to the lines on your face. The media doesn’t help. They use super thin models for magazines and television and then airbrush or edit them to create their idea of perfection.
You may have only a minor flaw that is barely noticeable to another person, but to you it is the center of your attention at all times:

- “I realize you’re trying and not succeeding, is there something holding you back? Let’s talk.”
- “You’re doing ok. But it seems like you’re always thinking that you’re not good enough… Why do you think that way?”
- If you can’t get a good enough understanding or come to mutual solutions through conversation, then suggest a professional, like myself.
